The gravity die cast aluminum alloy / Stainless Steel sprinkler is used to distribute the water evenly over the cross section of the tower. An aluminum alloy / Stainless Steel rotary head with radial PVC / PP pipes having drilled holes serves this purpose. The rotation of assembly is accomplished due to reaction of water jet being sprayed from the PVC / PP pipes. The sprinkler head is mounted on top of the central water supply pipe. To reduce frictional resistance and to ensure free rotation even at low flows the sprinkler has two sealed prefabricated ball bearings mounted on the central shaft. This sprinkler system is preferred over the fixed nozzle system for various reasons.
